Terms of Use
Effective October 16, 2026
Pillshelf is made by Wanderlust Labs LLC ("we" and "us" below) and licensed to you under Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. These terms add to it. If they conflict, Apple's agreement wins.
Not medical advice
Pillshelf is a record-keeping and reminder tool. It doesn't diagnose, treat, or give medical advice, and it doesn't check for drug interactions. Totals, limits, and rules show what you set up, and scanned labels and pill counts can be wrong, so check them against the label and the bottle. Reminders depend on your device's notification settings and can be late or missed. Always follow your doctor's and pharmacist's instructions, and ask them before you change how you take anything. In an emergency, call your local emergency number.
Subscriptions
- Pillshelf includes a free trial. When the trial ends, a subscription or a one-time purchase keeps the full app.
- Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase, or when a free trial ends.
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the same price and length unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
- Manage or cancel in Settings › your name › Subscriptions on your iPhone or iPad. Canceling stops the next renewal; you keep access until the paid period ends.
- Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
- If you don't subscribe after the trial, or a subscription ends, your data stays. You can still view, edit, and export it, but logging doses, reminders, label scanning, and pill counting stop until you subscribe again.
- Family Sharing, if available for a product, is shown on the purchase screen.
Your data
Your data belongs to you. It's stored on your devices and in your iCloud account, as described in the Privacy Policy. You're responsible for keeping your devices and Apple Account secure. Back up with iCloud or Settings › Export if the data matters to you.
Liability
Pillshelf is provided "as is." To the extent the law allows, Wanderlust Labs LLC isn't liable for missed doses, wrong counts, wrong label readings, supply forecasts, or decisions made based on the app. Apple's agreement above limits liability further.
Changes
If these terms change, we'll post the new version here with a new effective date.
