Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy
Effective October 16, 2026
This policy is for residents of Washington (My Health My Data Act), Nevada, and other states with consumer health data laws. It covers the Pillshelf app and pillshelf.app, made by Wanderlust Labs LLC ("we" and "us" below).
Consumer health data we collect
None. Pillshelf has no server and no account. The medications, supplements, doses, logs, prescriptions, rules, and blood draws you enter are stored on your devices and, if you use iCloud, in your own private iCloud database, which we can't access. Label photos and pill photos are processed on your device and aren't sent to us.
If you email support, we receive your email address and anything you choose to include in the message. We use it only to reply to you.
Why it's used
The data you enter is used by the app, on your devices, to show your schedule, send your reminders, track your supply, and apply your rules. Support email is used only to answer you.
Sources
Only you: what you type, photograph, or log in the app, and what you send in an email.
Sharing
We don't share or sell consumer health data, and we have none to share. Pillshelf has no affiliates and no third-party code that receives data. Data moves elsewhere only when you send it: an export to a folder you pick, or a medication list you share.
Apple stores your iCloud data and processes Siri requests under Apple's Privacy Policy. Cloudflare hosts this website and processes visitors' IP addresses to deliver it, under Cloudflare's Privacy Policy.
Your rights
You can confirm, access, delete, or withdraw consent for your consumer health data at any time:
- Access or export: Settings › Export in the app.
- Delete: delete the app from your devices, then delete Pillshelf's data in Settings › your name › iCloud › Storage.
- Support email: ask at support@pillshelf.app to confirm what we have or to delete your messages. We'll answer within 45 days.
If we deny a request, you can appeal by replying to our answer with "Appeal" in the subject. We'll respond within 45 days. If you disagree with the result, you can contact the Washington Attorney General.
